For large residential and apartment projects, we develop independent BIM models based on 2D design information. This includes converting 2D layouts into coordinated HVAC and building systems models and producing high-volume, standardized working drawings. Our workflows support modular and prefabricated construction, enabling repeatable, scalable, and efficient system delivery across large developments.
From 2D input we develop working drawing comprising 3D view and component list made in a way that can be directly used in the construction or installation site by the professionals.
